Formal nights on Alaska RT Vancouver

Hi! We are taking our first HAL cruise to Alaska on Volendam 6/15/05.

 

Can anyone tell me which nights they will have the formal nights?

 

Also, which night is Lobster night? Is it usually one of the 2 formal nights?

 

Finally, what is the attire for the Pinnacle? Is it the same as the ships attire?

(i.e. formal night in Dining room=formal night in Pinnacle).

Thursday (you're 2nd night) will almost definitely be a formal night. Probably Sunday will be the 2nd one. Lobster night would be the 2nd formal night.

 

Dress in the Pinnacle is the same as main DR, but most people go "up a notch" (informal on casual nights, formal on informal nights, etc.) still, in Alaska, you'll see lots of people in "elegant casual" or "country club casual" in the Pinnacle on casual nights.
