Up to you - the advantage of advanced purchase is you know you have your seat reserved in case the coach is full (which can happen). The disadvantage is that if your flight is delayed then you might miss your booked coach & have to buy another ticket - you can't buy 'open' tickets - but one for a specific service. If you do decide to buy in advance I usually opt for 'internet ticket' which is a print out of your journey & works fine.
