Western Caribbean - shore excursions?

We will be sailing on the Fantasy in May and would like to know what are some good shore excursions for kids age 4 and 6. What have you been on and what did you love? I'd like to hear feedback based on experiences.

We did the Western itinerary on the Magic last year with our 4 year old. In Grand Cayman, we paid a visit to Boatswains Beach aka the Turtle Farm. In Cozumel, we went to Chankanaab National Park and did a dolphin encounter. I would recommend Chankanaab regardless of whether or not you choose to do a dolphin adventure, as the facilities and beach were very nice and admission is very reasonable.

 

We booked both excursions on our own, not through Disney.

 

We didn't visit Costa Maya, so I can't recommend anything there.

Did the Western in March 2011 with a 3 y/o. Cozumel we did Nachi Cocum and loved it. Did not book through Disney.

Grand Cayman we went to 7 mile beach on our own and did not have a great time. We will go to Rum Point on our own next time.
