scubagirrl Posted April 19, 2005 #2 Share Posted April 19, 2005 There are no water taxis to and from BLue Lagoon, only the boats designated by the ship, or the tour itself. If you take the Ships tour, you will have to come back when they leave at 3:00. If you want to have more flexible timeline, you'll need to book with Nassau Cruises. They have 2 boats leaving in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. http://www.nassaucruisesbahamas.com/ http://www.nassaucruisesbahamas.com/reservations.htm or call 242 363-3333 The pick up terminal is on Paradise Island - between the two Bridges. BallanceKris Posted April 20, 2005 Author #3 Share Posted April 20, 2005 Thnaks! I went to the site but could not find times for it. Has anyone been with this company before? How was it? And what where the times of the Excursions? I sent them a E-mail but have had no response yet!
skatemom Posted April 27, 2005 #4 Share Posted April 27, 2005 We went with this company when we were in the Bahamas about 3 years ago. We had a fantastic time. We were not on a cruise. We were just spending the week in the Bahamas and there were 22 of us! I would definitely recommend this company, but do not know the times. scubagirrl Posted April 27, 2005 #5 Share Posted April 27, 2005 You should really call them. THe contact information is on the site. Emailing has not really caught on at some of these businesses.

sportsterjohn Posted April 28, 2005 #8 Share Posted April 28, 2005 If you go to blue lagoon expected a nice relaxing beach day, then you will enjoy it. If you are expecting good snorkling and other things to do then you will be dissapointed. The island does have a beautiful beach but the only food there is extremely over priced. The water is nice and warm and there are deep areas as well as shallow areas. The sting ray thing there is a total waste of time and money unless you have elementary school aged kids.
