Past Cruises Listed Under My Cruises??

Are your past cruises listed under "My Cruises" on the RCI web site? An email inquiry to RCI went nowhere in getting an answer.

Ahh, finally someone who's been feeling my pain. Such a bother - I finally talked to them and they told me that since I did not book my last cruise through them, the previous cruise would not appear on my account. It is, however, in their files and they do have my past cruise history.

I just called about this same thing this past weekend. That page is a waste. But they do have all of your past cruise info internally.

Thanks for confirming. I really do not understand that with the millions of dollars involved that the cruise lines do not hire some IT guys to design and implement their sites. Oh well not a biggy but just annoying.
