brentlym Posted February 24, 2012 #1 Share Posted February 24, 2012 Hi All....wasn't sure where to post this question, so I'll try it here. I'm going snorkeling for the first time in Tortola with my mom on a Princess excursion. Any recommendations as to what to do with your personal items if you're both in the water (i.e. security of your cruise card, wallet, cash, etc.) I'm sure everyone will have these items along, so was curious how to handle it. Thanks!
The Flying Pirate Posted February 25, 2012 #2 Share Posted February 25, 2012 First off don't bring very much. The easiest way to snorkel around Tortola is to take one of the snorkeling tours that allow you to snorkel off a boat. You leave your stuff on the boat and it will be fine. There are a number of tour operators that will take you out on the reef or to snorkel on the stern of the wreck of the RMS Rhone, the bow is in deeper (80') water but the stern comes quite close to the surface.
