just off Eclipse 2/18 - 2/25

Here I sit at my computer wishing I was back on my Sunset Veranda (7311) on the Eclipse. We had a wonderful week on a fantastic ship. I loved the Corning Museum Glass Blowing sessions. Wish I could have figured a reasonable way to have brought a piece home. I felt the auction prices were reasonable and the pieces offered were beautiful.

The staff was professional, courteous, helpful and any other positive word you could imagine. Our cabin steward, Hector, was great..Our waiter, Christopher, and his new assistant , Newton, were fun while still being professional. The highlight for my husband...who I might say is difficult to impress...was the sail away on the bridge with the Captain and the... in depth "background" tour of the ship. He is still talking about them both.

I believe these events have assured me of a "cruising future".

I know there have been other reviews of the ship with great photos...believe me, they are not exaggerations..The ship is immaculate, the staff is courteous and our experience was topnotch...I want to go back tomorrow, but will need to wait a little longer ...but I will keep remembering the great week we had...and those wonderful lounges on the Solstice deck and sitting on the grass listening to the band . We came back to snow and 28 degrees in Ohio...........but I know there will be another ship in our future and I am pretty sure it will be Celebrity:)

Thanks for the quick review....Yep, that's the great thing about Celebrity...each time I get back from another great cruise, on another great ship...I have my NEW favorite GREAT STAFF !!
