Which side of the ship

Would be best for a couple of non-smoking people watchers?

 

We are sailing on the Magic and plan on having a balcony.

Both sides of the ship allow smoking on the private balconies~and it's hard to say what side of the ship she will dock at. On the Conquest in Montego Bay I've docked on both starboard and port sides~

It is if you are talking Lido, not sure which, but there will be signs up and areas posted in the Funtimes. There will be a side on Lido for you:D

Both sides are the same, so there's no "best" side.

Getting multiple answers but not clarifying what they are answering to. Balconies are smoking areas on both sides (doesn't mean you'll have one next to you). Lido, one side only. Whatever side Lido smoking area is, there will be ashtrays on rails of upper decks only. Inside the ship is 90% non smokers. Just in casino, and maybe 1 nightclub smoking is allowed. So you'll have plenty of people watch areas.

I do believe it's the starboard side that's smoking and port non on the decks.

I was going to say this as well, as the smoking side has been the starboard side on the ships I've been on, but I wasn't sure if it was different on some of the ships I haven't been on.

Just off the Valor about 3 weeks ago. Starboard side on the Lido deck was the smoking section. And yes, all balconies are smoking too.
