Waverunners with children?

We will be in Cozumel on May 5th. I am trying to find out about taking my children (ages 9 and 6) with us on a waverunner. The ships excusion says they have to be 12. So I am trying to find some place else the will let DH and I take them. I saw that Paradise Beach has a place next door and that interests me as Paradise Beach sounds AWESOME. Any insight would be great.... THANKS

The place next door has been there much longer than Paradise. It's called Playa San Francisco. They do have waverunners. Also you'll find them at the public boat launch just at the north edge of San Miguel and at Playa Azul, north of the community.

We now have waverunners as well but the minimum age to drive one in Coz is 16. Children younger than that can go if they're accompanied by someone older than 16.

They rent for $55USd for 30 minutes...have fun!
