Cruise Documents

If you haven't received your docs 3 weeks before sailing, make sure your TA calls. They were holding up our docs, because they said I didn't send in the info. sheet. I tried to send it months ago and it wouldn't go through. I called Oceania and they said that was because they had all the info from our last cruise and not to worry. When my TA called and they told her about the info. sheets, she made them check and they took the info from Oceania Club. They need to shape up their office. If there was a problem, they should have contacted my TA and notified her. I know others have had this problem. I love Oceania and I know we'll have a great time on our cruise, but this was a real annoyance.

I too had exactly the same problem. I'm leaving on tuesday the 26th and my documents came 1 week before. You would think someone somewhere would wonder why the docs were still sitting in the home office at such a late date. I had to call Oceania myself to get the ball rolling. At any rate everything is now in order, and I am looking forward to a great cruise.
