Carnival kids club registration forms

These forms have clickable check boxes on them but for some reason I can't get them to work. Do I need special software or something?

I ran into the same thing. But once I completed my sons online check in the form was almost completed. There are still some boxes that need marking like the allergy. I will do that after printing, while signing.

I couldn't either. I just filled them in after printing. I DEFINITELY recommend filling out the forms and bringing them. They have the kids club open the first day for a "walk through" and you can drop off the registration forms then....I saw so many people filling them out on teeny tiny tables!

We have never cruised with kids and haven't cruised ourselves in about 10 years.

Do we have to pre-register the kids into the kids club prior to departure? Or do we just print off the forms and bring them with us?

 

What recommendations do you have for those of us who have never traveled with kids as there will be 4 kids in our group.

Definitely fill the paperwork out before you board the ship. This makes life much easier.
