spleenstomper Posted March 12, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 12, 2012 I started a juice fast for a few days since I am sure I have food allergies (the false fat plan for those who know), and I bought my first juicer this weekend and had my first juice this morning: celery, spinach, radish and carrots, not bad. I'm doing this to get a baseline and then will add foods in gradually in an attempt to find out for sure what the offenders are: sure about gluten and casein, not sure about tomatoes, eggs, etc. My question is.. what do I do with the pulp? Right now it is going in the compost pile, but even that seems a waste. Curious what juicers do with the pulp. Thanks.
Gathina Posted March 12, 2012 #2 Share Posted March 12, 2012 rejuice it by putting it back in the machine with water and thin it out..I hate to be wasteful..if it's fruit, I eat it.
