confused about carnival cirlce c and charges

i was under the impression that anything after 10pm there would be a charge for babysitting? my son is 9 and will be in cirlce c on the carnival fascination in october. i saw a copy of the camp capers and they list a 'slumber party' from 10-12, but is not flagged as fees being attached, but under it, it says babysitting from 12-3:30- fees apply.

can someone help clarify this?

The have a party that is age group specific one night each week and that is usually about $30. It's really fun for the kids....

thanks. i dont think this is the big party you are talking about. they do have one that runs till 3 am and im thinking that might be the 30.00 one. but im not sure if the one from 10-12 is free or not.
