If you pre-registered online, check to make sure it went through!

After reading some other posts on here about on-line pre-registration, I decided to have my TA check my pre-registration, which I did online one week ago for our June 20 cruise. It is a good thing I did!

I online regiestered the three people in our room and the three people in my parents room since they don't have a computer. (total of six people...one at a time!)

NCL had the three registrations for my parents room and the registrations for myself and my daughter for our room....but not my wife's pre-registration! (It was the second one I did overall, right after mine.) I have resubmitted it and will check on Thursday to see if it went through this time. It seems that NCL has a tempermental computer sometimes!

Seriously though, I urge everone who has recently pre-registered online to call and make sure that all of your party is registered. Also, make a copy of your pre-registration after you do it and take it with you. Remember, it is supposed to be done at least 14 days before your cruise.

Jeconk, hey you're on our "Flamingo" cruise!

I printed up all of my pre-registrations awhile ago isn't that valid? How else can I check if they have the info besides going through my TA?

Yo-

We have had three of our five NCL cruises where we preregistered online and when we got to the port - they didn't have the information and we had to do it all over again - (took our copies each time and there was not that much hassle for them to complete)-

Also NCL has a Latitudes Number disfunctional system too-

We now are the proud owners of three different Latitude numbers each - and we have given the original number each time we have booked our cruises - and they have issued two additional new ones......

Makes you wonder.........

Bottom line - take your preregistration info with you to the port - and take your Latitudes cards - better safe than sorry..........

Happy Cruisin'
