Fun select Rate Question

Last week I booked a cruise at fun select rate (NOT early saver) , and today saw that the Spring rate is a total of $370 cheaper. I have not made final payment as of yet. Can I get my cruise fare reduced by that amount? or is that only if I had booked ES (which was not available). I have spent the last 3 hours reading through posts trying to find the answer, and I think I am really confused now.

The "disclaimer" surprisingly doesn't indicate "for new bookings only" but does indicate you have to be a Past Guest. I'd give a call and see what they'll do for you. Post your results in this thread??? ken

If you are not booked ES you should be able to cancel and re-book at the lower fare. This is done all on one phone call so you don't even have to risk losing the cabin you chose. Check the fine print on the fare you booked to make sure there are no change fees.
