Emerald Princess Disembarkation in Copenhagen

Based on responses from my previous question, it sounds as if we can go ahead and book the 10:10 flight back to the States. Now, before I actually hit the airfare "purchase" button, I need to know what time passengers begin to disembark and if there is anything special we need to do other than inform the cruise-line we have to make a 10:10 flight. I am fine with booking the 10:10 flight but need to convince my husband all will be OK especially if we have Princess go ahead and transfer our luggage to the airport.
