Whale season is just at the very end right now although there may still be a few sighting for the next few weeks. The website that you posted is for a tour booker. They are not the actual operators of the tour. Can you ask them which company they are booking? Pez Gato and EcoCat are 2 really great companies but they like the rest are ending their whale tours and switching back to the snorkle tours about now. We spent our day as a day guest at the Dreams Resort and saw whales from the shore too.
