Help I don't know about price drop

Hi can anyone help me I have read about people getting credit when the price of your cruise drops. My cruise has dropped by £100, I booked direct with Carnival am I entitled to OBC. Thanks in advance.

You are if you booked the ES rate. If you booked another rate and are before final payment, you should get the drop as well.

 

If you are after final payment you will only be eligible for a possible upgrade. If the rate is lower for a better room in the same category you are booked (interior, ocean view, balcony, etc.) you can upgrade if you wish.

 

Grab a screen cap of the rate you are seeing for your own records and then submit the form here:

If this is the cruise you have in 26 days, you cannot get OBC as you're after the Final Payment Deadline (60-70 days before sailing). ken
