MISSED CALL From upgrade fairy

Is it too late missed a call last night from upgrade fairy but he left a message. By the time I called back he was gone for the day. My cruise Is next week and I don't see it online anymore for bookings did I miss my opportunity? Anyone ever get upgrade when u can't see what's available last I saw there were 2 suites a available on wed thanks in advance

They generally keep running through a list they have until someone accepts the offer so you are probably too late. It is an upgrade or upsell call they are different.

Hmm I've never had anyone call me asking if I wanted to upgrade! Is it your PVP that calls? Do you have to be platinum?
