Dawn disembarkation and car service pick-up

That depends - The two times I cruised out of NY on the Dawn we were on deck 10 and did not meet our driver until well after 11 am. 10 is one of the last decks called. If you are in a suite or deck 11 you could be off an hour before that.

If you can handle your bags the easiest place to meet you car is across from the pier on 48th.

It all depends on how long it takes to clear the ship.
