Caye Caulker must see list?

The island is quite small; you can walk from one end to the other in a short time (we went from the dock where the water taxi dropped us off down to "the split" at the far end of the island in about 1/2 hour, with 5 & 7 y/o boys stopping to either kick or throw roughly 15,000 coconuts along the way).

 

The only thing I'd say is a must is to make it down to the bar/restaurant at the split, do a little snorkeling there, and have a cold beer in the cool shade while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. Other than that, follow your nose; there are a number of little eating places - just pick one that appeals to your senses.
