Caye Caulker must see list?

I've posted before, but, I'm still curious if there's a "must see" place on Caye Caulker.

No, there really isn't. We rented golf carts and rode around most of the island. It is basically some restaurants along the beach, the split which is a bar and very small beachy area and place to swim, a few shops and that is all.

The island is quite small; you can walk from one end to the other in a short time (we went from the dock where the water taxi dropped us off down to "the split" at the far end of the island in about 1/2 hour, with 5 & 7 y/o boys stopping to either kick or throw roughly 15,000 coconuts along the way).

 

The only thing I'd say is a must is to make it down to the bar/restaurant at the split, do a little snorkeling there, and have a cold beer in the cool shade while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. Other than that, follow your nose; there are a number of little eating places - just pick one that appeals to your senses.
