NCL Sun Casino Question

I thought the casino was larger than some other ships I have been on. There were a few penny slots, quite a few nickel and lots of quarter and dollar slots. I'm not sure exactly how many machines there were in total, but would guess 100-150?
The casino open about an hour after sailing and is open all the time you are at sea. It only closes when you are in port.

What date do you sail? We are on the Sun sailing on the 29th. Our first cruise and only 77 more days. I plan on spending a rainy afternoon or late night at the casino (at least a couple) and I am glad to hear that they have nickel and quarter slots. I love to play. Have a great cruise.

Looks like this thread has the mnth of August covered for the Sun. 8th, 22th and 29th - we just need someone from the 15th.

I enjoyed the casino on the Sun a lot and it was very ggod to me. I even got free drinks -the first for me on a ship. I guess they were trying to get their cash back

If you like the Slots there is a small bonus room aft the main casino with just slots.

I hope we all have great weather in August. Better save some cash for the shore excursions on can cost as much as a week in the Carib.
