Alcohol Set Up

I was checking out the different packages on Celebrity's website. It states that you can no longer book an in cabin alcohol set up on line. Can you contact Celebrity directly and book or do you have to wait until you board the ship?

 

I have also read here on CC that certain suites may receive a set up. If so what suites qualify for this? We are in a Royal on the Eclipse. I did not see anything on Celebrity's website about this so I assume that it's a no.

I just checked for our Infinity cruise in May.

I was able to book a Stateroom setup if I had chosen.
