Recommended Posts

sooo... last cruise my hubby dropped a ton of money in casino at blackjack and other card tables, won about half back. i played several hundred myself. i see posts on here about the casino players club. what is this? is it linked to your sail and sign? or are you already registered somewhere from having a casino account on carnival? can someone help me out with this? we are going again and would like to know what i am doing next time, lol.

As long as you had your sign and sail card in the slot machine while you played, you are automatically in the ocean players club. I suggest you call them before your next cruise. I don't have the number next to me but if you google oceans players club it's pretty easy to find....

It is called Ocean Players Club and the benefits cover all Carnival Corp owned lines. The site is oceanplayersclub.com.

Your past guest number is what they use to track you. You may have had to ask to be rated so they knew who you were at the tables. If you played the machines it is all tracked.

When you have an upcoming cruise on Carnival, Princess, HAL, Cunard, etc. give them a call (they haven't been responding to emails sent through their site lately).

On Splendor a couple of weeks ago they had some cash waiting for me at the Casino. One night a plate of chocolate covered strawberries arrived, at dinner they delivered photo coupon. I felt taken care of.

On Princess, they just had cash waiting for me and the chocolate covered strawberries.

It is a heck of a lot better than what other cruise lines' casinos have offered me (nothing).
