ngraystark Posted May 6, 2012 #1 Share Posted May 6, 2012 Can you taxi from the cruise ships to the casino? If so, what is the approximate cost? Is the casino open to anyone or are there restrictions? What is the gambling age?
tfero1 Posted May 6, 2012 #2 Share Posted May 6, 2012 the gambling age is 18 and up. Yes you can take a taxi (approx cost 6.00) each way and they will let anyone in to gamble ;)
MiddleEarth Posted May 6, 2012 #3 Share Posted May 6, 2012 My wife and I walked to Atlantis from the port. It was about a 45 minute walk. As I recall, the casino is open to anyone EXCEPT Bahamians - at least that is what I was told when we were there 7 years ago on our transatlantic cruise on Celebrity Galaxy. The casino is open to anyone over the age of 18. Kids are NOT allowed in the casino, even if they are not gambling. MiddleEarth is correct, bahamians are not allowed in the casinos.
