restaurants near ports

Ate at Annabelle's in Ketchikan. Good smoked salmon chowder on a cool day. For the other ports we ended up eating on the ship which we don't do anymore. We like to have lunch at a special restaurant on shore. The next time we are in Juneau I would like to try Tracy's Crab Shack but I don't think it's a restaurant.

While in Ketchikan a couple of years ago, we asked some of the crew where they ate onshore. They recommended "Burger Queen" right across from the dock. Sure enough, saw many crew members there including the cruise director. Big 'ol burgers plus fish sandwiches. Nowhere to sit, so you walk across the street to the Arctic Bar pub with patio seating over the water and BQ will deliver it over to you. Check out these photos:
