No responce from native way

:(Well so far I'm not impressed with this company its been 4 days since I've filled their form and emailed sharon from native way. No responce from them at all. Yes I've checked spam mail. Guess I'll wail a few more days if I still don't hear from them I'll go with Carnival who has the same excursion. Really wanted to try native way most people here say good things about them.

WOW! We are booked with them for our cruise in June. Sharron responded to me almost immediately after I contacted her. I emailed her again about a week ago just as a final confirmation and she responded within 24 hours. Maybe she is on vacation herself?

Email them again! I had the same issue, and she sent me the fwd she had indeed sent me....it never showed in my inbox OR junk folder! The 2nd one she sent me came through just fine!

Yeah Sharon just emailed me and apologised for her delay. My question is our ship leaves at 6. I guess the last tender is some time after 5. Do you think thats cutting to close?

Nativeway runs a great operation. No worries getting you back on time. We took their R,R & R tour when there were 7 ships in port :eek: traffic was awful. When we got stuck in a log jam and it was approaching the last tender times they went around the bus to determine who was on what ship and called the pier to let them know we were on the bus and merely stuck in traffic. They are totally mindful of departure times, their livelyhood depends on it. Have a great time!!!
