GSC completed by June 1st?

Does anyone know if Great Stirrup Cay upgrades are completed? I am sailing this weekend and I wanted to know what I can expect. I have read through several forums and it seems like it might still be a work in progress. Any one been there in the last few weeks?

Can anyone make out the text in the water right below the text box with "Private Cabanas"? It looks like the water area is closed off with something...The text almost looks like 'Stingray Experience' to me. I don't know anything about this available on the island.

I don't know what the buildings on the right are unless it's NCL storage/worker stuff. I didn't go on a wave runner so I'm not sure about the back of the island.

Just got back, not sure what the text is in the water, but the red buildings on the right are construction worker buildings. The Cabana's are done and are wonderful! the expanded beach to the left of the cabanas has not yet been started. The Straw market new buildings are complete. Was very nice, did not hear the noise of construction while we were there as some have recently complained of in other threads and reviews.
