Salsa & Salsa in Cabo?

Was over on TripAdvisor & the reviews and photos of the Salsa & Salsa tour look so fun! However, I'm guessing that's it's a excursion only offered through the cruise line. Cannot find any mention of it on any tour operator site.

 

The price is a a little too hefty for us through Carnival (already booked for Las Caletas in PV). So just wanted to see if any of the Cabo experts around here had any ideas, or knew for sure? (The tour is open to anyone going to Cabo, but no info on their official website on how to book.) :confused:

I spoke directly with the folks that run Salsa & Salsa and they told me that they only book through the cruise line.

I was told the same thing, so my assumption is that you either need to be cruising or staying at a hotel that works with this excursion.
