SanFranBayCruiser Posted May 5, 2005 #1 Share Posted May 5, 2005 Thinking ahead to next summer (2006) and am considering either Carnival or the new Crown Princess from NYC to the Caribbean. I was told it's the rainy season in the summer in the Caribbean...any truth to that statement?

cali-croozer Posted May 5, 2005 #5 Share Posted May 5, 2005 If you go to www.weather.com you can compare the average temps and rain fall for the various places you plan on visiting.
LizaMM Posted May 6, 2005 #6 Share Posted May 6, 2005 When I was married I ALWAYS traveled in the summer....during hurricane season. Those were back in the days when I took "land" vacations. I have cruised at the end of July as well. It's HOT! But that would never stop me! It was pretty darn hot in Jamaica 2 weeks ago!
