Groupon Parking Deal for Manhattan

Just got this Groupon email link. It has the potential to save lots of money over parking at the cruise terminal. I clicked on the link just to see and it looks like there are many of monthly parking options that end up being much less than 7 days at the Pier, in the $200 range.

While I can't vouch for any of these garages, I have parked at ICON parking for a single day too many times to count. I am lucky enough to be able to walk a few blocks to a train station and then take a commuter train to NYC. I know the cost of parking at the Pier has been a topic of conversation so I thought I'd put this out here for everyone. :)
