Pre-registering for youth program, separate bookings need some help

Hi,

I tried to pre-register my 13 y/o in the youth program, but I'm hitting a road block.

He's in a booking with my 20 y/o daughter and the only option I can see has

her as the responsible adult.

Our booking are linked (at least I see them both when I go to manage my cruise)

 

Any help is appreciated. We are under the 2 week mark so I wanted to get as of the

online "paperwork" take care of.

I signed my 15 year old up on line even though she is in another cabin. I can't remember the exact steps, but under manage my cruise, I added the booking number from the other cabin. Once I added their booking number, I could sign my daughter up for Club O2 and add her to my sign and sail acct. It was pretty simple if I recall. If not, give Carnival a call or the exact steps may be listed under FAQ. Hope this helps.

Thanks! I'll play around with it somemore. I can see both bookings in Manage my Cruise but maybe I don't have them linked like I thought.

I am having the same problem. I have tried but it's not working. If you figure it out, please share :)
