We are going into le havre for 2 days. Can anyone suggest a nice hotel in Paris for an overnight. We would like to stay In a nice area near the tourist attractions.

There are a LOT of suggestions here on this board if you scroll through a few pages.I usually stay at the Hotel Scribe on rue de Scribe right across from the Opera House.Lovely hotel and great location.

We just got back after staying at the Hotel Muguet in the 7th Arr. about a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. It is very close to the Invalides and fairly close to the Metro. We were out late on Bastille Day and felt safe at night. Very clean and comfortable room, helpful staff. It is highly recommended on Trip Advisor.

One of our personal favorites is Hotel Champ du Mars in the 7th near Rue Cler. The rooms are small, but they are clean and quiet. They will deliver a nice small continental breakfast to your room for 8 Euros. The front desk staff speak good English and are helpful. The neighborhood is safe and you are close to a metro stop.

Enjoy
