Middleager Posted July 16, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 16, 2012 On the POA, have heard that on Kona night (Wed., 5th night), the Lazy J Steakhouse has lobster special. Is it just the Steakhouse, or is it all specialty restaurants that have lobster specials that night? Thanks.
herdingdogmom Posted July 18, 2012 #2 Share Posted July 18, 2012 I had the lobster special in East Meets West on Wed. night in December on POA. I think it was $10 in addition to the regular cover charge. It was delicious and well worth it!

I think it was $10 in addition to the regular cover charge. It was delicious and well worth it! Oh, it was $10 more than the $15 cover charge? So that makes it $25 more per person. So in addition to the Steakhouse, it is also available at the East Meets West. Thanks for your response.
herdingdogmom Posted July 18, 2012 #4 Share Posted July 18, 2012 The lobster special was $25 more at Lazy J's - so $50 per person. Le Bistro probably has a lobster special that night too and it would be $20 or $25 more than the cover charge too.

Nah, not going to spend that type of money. Don't need lobsters that much.

So when others are not rich like you, no need to call names.

dweir Posted July 25, 2012 #9 Share Posted July 25, 2012 Nah, not going to spend that type of money. Don't need lobsters that much. Wow! That would be ridiculously expensive for lobster. This year, Atlantic lobster are abundant. We're seeing low prices all over the east coast. Maybe you can mail order one if you still have the craving? :)
