Does anyone know the hours of operation? On the Western voyage I am putting together a pub crawl on the ship the afternoon when returning from Belize. Is it open when you are in port or does it open for the evenings like 5 or so?

If I remember correctly from back in November, the Alchemy opened at 5. 'I think'. It is an awesome place. We spent a lot of time there. Adri, the bartender, is super sweet and pretty darn awesome.

I will probably substitute the EA Sports Bar if it isn't open in the afternoon. It seems to be robbing the concept of Celebrity's Molecular Bar on the Solstice Class ships, but reading the Alchemy menu the ingredients aren't as exotic.
