Anyone used Shore Excursions Group?

Our TA offered $100 in shore excursions through this group. Has anyone used them for Stingray City and one snorkel? If you have used them for a different excursion that you would recommend would you please share your experience. How crowded are their tours? If the ship doesn't tender in that port can we trade our credit for the next port? Thanks for any input you might have.

Yes, I have used Shore Excursions many times. I used them for both of my Hawaiian cruises and my Alaskan cruise. I know there were other times, but those 3 cruises are the ones that come to mind. They are very professional and less expensive than booking through Carnival.
