tcowgs21 Posted July 26, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 26, 2012 Does anyone know if you can take a beach cart on board with you. It is about the size of a coach and it does fold up. My 70 year old mom is going with us and usually likes a walker but doesnt want to take one. She really just needs something to hold on to so i thought this would be perfect but wasnt sure it was allowed. Any help appreciated. Going on the Pride incase ship makes a difference. If it fits through the security scanner it should be no problem to carry/roll on, or put it in a suitcase for a checked bag.

True enough Stu, as long as you prepare by reading the rules first...too often getting incorrect answers, or different answers to the same question from each one you talk to:p;) Now I read first and call only if it's not clear after that.:)

I see no reason why you wouldn't be able since you can take wheelchairs, strollers etc on board. But I would be a little more concerned about the fact, they are not designed to assist disabled people, and if your mother uses a walker, they are much better suited to use. Not to mention, what you want, would be more difficult to manage, thus less likely to be used. Plus, if she doesn't want a walker, she isn't going to use this. (please don't take this as an insult, just talking from experience).
