Formal Night

It's likely influenced by the itinerary. Silversea probaby wouldn't schedule a formal night in a port where many passengers are ashore in the evening and the ship departs late at night. Formal nights are more likely on sea days or days when the ship departs late in the afternoon. (The first night is always casual.)

The dress codes for each night will be listed in your pre-cruise materials, but if you'd like a reliable answer before that, you can contact Silversea and ask.
