Port Halifax - Do the taxis have car seats?

I am traveling to Halifax with my 3 year old and want to take a cab to the Museum of Natural History. Does anyone know if the taxis waiting at the pier have car seats with them?

I Googled Halifax Airport Taxi service and they show the following:

 

Nova Scotia law requires that children under 40 pounds be restrained in an approved child seat. Any child between 40 - 90 pounds or under 4 foot 6 inches be restrained in an approved child booster seat. Furnishing the seat, and buckling said seat into any Affordable Taxi Airport Service vehicle is the responsibility of the parent or guardian accompanying the child.
