Hair dryers.....Majesty of the seas

Hi we are leaving Monday...on the Majesty of the seas...are there hair dryers on board? What about irons???? are we allowed to bring travel irons?

 

Also...any thing else you think I should no , please tell me.

 

Also we are in room 6592 OCeanview...anyone stay there?

All of the ships have hair dryers and there are no irons. You are also not supposed to bring irons either due to safety (fire) concerns. :)

Re irons, they are not permitted due to fire hazards. Besides, I know the Majesty only has 3 and 4 day cruises, and why spend ANY time doing ironing chores when you've only got 3 or 4 days to relax? You can have your clothes pressed for 50% of the drycleaning rate, which is cheaper than on land. If you give your clothes to the room steward on embarkation day, or the first full day by 9:00 a.m., your clothes will be back in your cabin by 5:00. The way I look it at, when money is tight, I'll have 2 less umbrella drinks, or spend $10 less in the casino, and REALLY feel like I'm on vacation!!
