Limited time in Ocho Rios- what to do?

We are scheduled to be in Ocho Rios from 8:00-3:30. From what I can tell, this may not give us enough time to do everything that sounds so interesting. Can anyone give me suggestions on what to do?

 

We think we'd like to do the surf horseback riding (as a group of about 10 adults and teens), Dunn's River tubing, and I think the teenagers (17/16) would like the canopy tour. Does anyone know if it's possible to do the surf riding in the morning, then split up and some do Dunn's River tubing while others do the canopy tour, and still get back to the ship?

 

(we will have a long, full day in Cozumel, where we'll get to do snorkeling, parasailing, and other cool stuff).
