Miami pre and post Cruise

Never been to Miami, have looked up many Hotels and read many reviews but wanted to hear from people who have been...

Have you gone back 3 or 4 pages on this board alone. Just about every pro and con and location have been discussed. My choice would depend on what I like to do, whether I just need a place overnight or longer, whether I would have a car, my budget, etc. All of this information has already been posted. Just spend some time reading backwards.

go back and read many of the Hotels, but wondered if anyone had any new updates, as many Hotels have changed rating since some people have been to them...

I just returned from a cruise in April. I looked at various hotels own web sites, narrowed it down, looked here and compared and selected Holiday Inn Airport, due to what it could offer me. I needed transportation for 6 from airport to hotel, all coming in at different times, and transportation to the port in the morning.

I also just booked our hotel at the Holiday Inn at Port of Miami due to location, shopping, Bubba Gumps etc. I also read everything here and searched hotel websites. I ended up just booking thru the hotels website. I did a lot of research almost nonstop before I chose the right hotel for us.

 

Now its time to decide just what we will be doing in Miami for the day/night!
