90 Day Challenge - First thread is missing

Thanks for starting the new thread.

 

OK . . . I will be the first to post my most embarrassing results. Despite walking 17.5 miles and doing interval training 3 times last week I gained half a pound!!!! I did well through the week and blew it on the weekend with food choices and eating at regular intervals. Ugghh . . . that is so important.

I walked 12 miles, did Zumba 6 times (I was on vacation last week) and am down 1.5 for a total of 21.5 since mid-May. I don't know what it is about this time around but I am very resolute and have so much will-power it isn't funny. I have decided I am going to lose and keep off this 50 pounds this time.
