Frenzee77 Posted August 15, 2012 #1 Share Posted August 15, 2012 I am planning on booking a cruise for next May on the Dawn out of Boston to Bermuda. My kids will be 5 and 3 at the time. Outside of going to the beach is there anything really fun for them to do in Bermuda?
chrisc71 Posted August 15, 2012 #2 Share Posted August 15, 2012 There is the zoo. https://bamz.org/home.php If you go the Bermuda page you will find a lot of other ideas. Just returned with my 6 year old twins and 2 1/2 year old and they had fun.
Shelli Posted August 15, 2012 #3 Share Posted August 15, 2012 Bermuda has a good aquarium and smallish zoo-- those are in the same location and would be totally suitable for your kids. Also, there are a couple of pretty cool caves-- interesting, but maybe your kids will be a little young... they require walking up and down about a zillion steps. Here's a link to a site on Bermuda for Kids. Hope it helps!
karen_cpa Posted August 15, 2012 #4 Share Posted August 15, 2012 Yes! We cruised to Bermuda when DD was 2. We did the BAMZ one day (on our own, the excursion was $$). The other day we got off the ship and walked a little ways down to the beach (name escapes me right now). It's man-made so you can walk out quite a bit and the water is still shallow. DD absolutely loved it!!
