Cat Island (Half Moon Cay)

We have a port stop in Half Moon Cay, which is Carnival's private beach that has the stuff like water trampolines and whatnot. It's actually on Cat Island. I was wondering if anyone has done any exploring there besides the main beach? So far I've learned about The Hermitage (old abbey) and Armbrister Plantation ruins. Are there any other sites? Can you rent a car, or bikes? Thanks!

Half Moon Cay is NOT on Cat Island, its on Little San Salvador (not the mainland San Salvador) .. most of which is untouched and a bird santuary. Only 50 of so acres are useable beachfront and used by cruise ship passengers.

Ok, thanks. I just figured that out too. I looked up Half Moon Cay on google maps and it said it was on Cat Island. Oh well.
