3 person cabin question

We're booked on the Christmas sailing of the Conquest out of New Orleans. We booked 4 ocean suites and 2 balconies for our group. We wanted them all in a row, but because we only have 2 people in each room, including the balcony rooms, they wouldn't let us have the balcony next to our group of ocean suites. We had to skip one room and then book the next 2 balconies. I checked and right now that 3 person balcony cabin is still available. Is there a point where they will let me have that cabin right next to ours; if so when and whom do i call?

Carnival may lift the occupancy restriction on that balcony, but if they do and allow you to book that room for two people, Carnival will still reserve the right to move your guests to a comparable cabin if they should need that room for 3 passengers.

Since your guests are only separated from you by one room, my advice would be to keep the rooms that you have. If Carnival allowed your party of 2 to book the 3 person room and later had to move them, who knows where Carnival would put them--they could be even farther away.
