intercontinental hotel in cozumel

We are thinking of booking a room for the day when we are in Cozumel. Anyone know if the beach and pool areas are nice?

We were there last Spring for the day and it was very nice. We had originally booked a room for the day, then just went with the day pass. It was very pleasant. Nice beach with decent snorkeling. A couple of our kids went into the pool. And they had a nice restaurant there. You could also order from a waiter on the beach. Everything was very close and very convenient, and there was hardly anyone there, so it was really mellow.
