hun6903 Posted May 17, 2005 #1 Share Posted May 17, 2005 Has anyone ever booked through a travel agent for a Carnival Cruise? If I have already booked it and paid for it...can I get a coupon for $100 from entertainment.com and will they give me credit, or will it be useless? serene56 Posted May 17, 2005 #2 Share Posted May 17, 2005 Depends on the agent and what kinds of discounts you already been given. It wont hurt to call and ask if you can use the coupon.
Cotton Posted May 17, 2005 #3 Share Posted May 17, 2005 I'd say doubtful. Usually, discounts are made when booking a cruise, not when you find a 'coupon' later. Won't hurt to call and ask your TA - nobody can answer for sure except the person you booked with.;)

My experience with the Entertainment book wasn't very entertaining. They said they only will honor the coupon against the ORIGINAL price of the cruise. You have to be a moron to pay full price or even $100 off right? It is false advertising from my perspective. But if you got it hey good for you! kenandlaura06 Posted July 25, 2005 #5 Share Posted July 25, 2005 I too have had issues with the Entertainment book. The coupons are not always what they are cracked up to be. Some are great, though.
