cpj74 Posted September 6, 2012 #1 Share Posted September 6, 2012 I've been reading a lot of old posts and would like new and current information for 3 things. 1. Where is the best most reasonably priced hotel to stay in Sydney so I can get to the ship easily, 2. I've never thought about travel insurance, do I need it? and 3. Any CA travelers going? Old Sydney Holiday Inn (George St, The Rocks) is closest, easiest, moderate price to Overseas Passenger Terminal (OPT). More Expensive is Park Hyatt or 4 Seasons but both easy to ship. There are also some boutique hotels in Harrington St, The Rocks close to OPT such as Rendezvous Stafford or Harbour Rocks heritage hotel. Alternative moderate price is Sydney Harbour Marriott on Pitt St.
