Waterproof still & video camera recommendation needed

I am seeking recommendations for a waterproof camera that is capable of taking both still pictures & video. It doesn't have to be anything fancy (I'm not a pro), but reliable would be nice. I'm looking to spend in the $100 range (or less), as I don't use a camera very often in my day-to-day life. Also, if it's much more than that, I'll be sick if I lost it!

 

I picked up a Kodak Play Full on sale this morning, because the salesperson told me that it took still pictures & video, but after looking at the packaging and reviews online, it looks like it only does video.

There are many posts on WP cameras here.

Most are priced starting at $150. There are some discounted at Costco and SAMs for around $120, but they have fair to poor reviews.
